forget the wanting that steals time

takes you away from good souls that should consume you.

beyond the walls of isolation, flowers bloom

in fields where bees suckle like a newborn

so we can grow.

there is a love you have never met out there

in the wild food chain existence we call society,

and it can be heard somewhere

between the sound of everyday laughter and agony.

in communal spaces a symphony of companionship

burns like church candles that bring light to dark.
