it’s the not knowing

what’s going to happen

that really screws you.

in this hollow shell

we call world

there is more beauty seen

in clenched fists.

and it is as blinding

as it is enraging

and it is as deafening

as the screaming siren

of the only know to cry child.

we are nothing

more than the loving embrace

of otherne…
